This week some of us had to do boot camp! I loved it but also hated it at the same time. This week we were doing tests, we had to see how long we could hold a plank! I held mine for 1:36, and how long our standing jump was, my one was 188 cm long. After we did some training, this was my least favorite part. We had to lay down stand back up, run 1 meter to a cone lay back down, get back up and repeat 5 times I think.
